Saving Money in San Diego on vacation or not |

Saving in San Diego
Whether you're a local or a visitor to San Diego we can show you how to save a little on restaurants, services and attractions such as theme parks and museums.
The San Diego GO Card gives the visitor access to theme parks at a discount or free (see the site) and provides up to 30% off at select restaurants in and around San Diego. Their restaurant list is pretty good and this coupled with the discount on attraction entry a visitor should be netting a savings that more than outweighs the price of the card. Please check out their site at www.gosandiegocard.com
The Entertainment Book is very well known to most american that live within their market areas. Basically, the Entertainment company has developed a network of hospitality, entertainment, retail, services and restaurant businesses that will provide a discount to the card hold. The book is inexpensive and from my experience has save me a great deal of money. The list of restaurants is robust including many places that are well know by locals and are often crowded. I mention this so you stop thinking this is a list of places that need your business.
We highly recommend you buy one and bring it with you. As a Visitor to San Diego many often forget that the same business driving tools (marketing programs) in their home towns exist in vacation places too.
You can buy the Entertainment Book at a Barnes and Noble when you are in town or you cna plan out your usage and even make some
reservations at their listed restaurants before you leave by purchasing the San Diego version on Amazon before you leave. It will save you time
and give you an understanding of where things are relative to where you stay.
